Drip Disrupt operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Drip Disrupt is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

Many of our products are produced using print-on-demand methods. As a result, minor variations in print placement, color, or texture may occur and are not considered defects.
We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations or appear exactly as displayed online.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Drip Disrupt reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.
Orders are not accepted until payment has been received and processed and confirmation is issued. Once accepted, orders may not be canceled or modified.
If an order is rejected, modified, or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
All purchases are subject to our Return Policy. Products are intended for personal use only and not for resale or export.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Drip Disrupt is powered by Shopify; however, all sales are made directly with Drip Disrupt. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Drip Disrupt.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to purchases made through our store.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to such data practices, including international data transfers.
SECTION 11 – SMS / MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Drip Disrupt, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages (e.g., order updates, abandoned cart reminders, promotional offers, and new release alerts) at the phone number you provided.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive SMS messages at that number.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us through our Contact Us page.
Drip Disrupt is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate our SMS program at any time without notice.
Your participation in our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
