Refund policy

We want you to love your drip. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.


Returns

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

1. In the same condition as received

2. Unworn and unused

3. With original tags attached

4. In original packaging

5. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Print-on-Demand Notice

Many of our items are produced using a print-on-demand process. Because items are made specifically for each order, production and shipping times may be longer than standard retail fulfillment.

Minor variations in print placement, color, or texture may occur and are not considered defects.


Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 3% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item received.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately through the Contact Us page so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

1. Sale items

2. Gift cards


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above, including being unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 3% restocking fee where applicable. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
