Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Our products are made to order using a print-on-demand fulfillment model. Production times may occasionally extend due to order volume, item availability, or peak demand periods.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping for both domestic and international orders. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Estimated delivery times (after fulfillment):
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)
Please note that fulfillment and shipping are separate processes. Shipping timelines begin only after your item has completed production.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery progress.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Delays
Because items are made to order, delays may occur during periods of high demand, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, customs inspections, or events outside our control.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept potential delays associated with print-on-demand production and third-party shipping carriers.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, please contact us through our Contact Us page and include your order number.
We will work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue where possible. Drip Disrupt is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers once the order has been handed off for delivery.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Drip Disrupt is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or refused shipments due to unpaid fees.
